Change of Mind
As each piece is handcrafted to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Thank you for understanding that our small-batch creations are made uniquely for you.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalised orders are final sale. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before placing your order. If you have any questions beforehand, we’re more than happy to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at LunaLumen.au@outlook.com with:
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damage
- Your order number
We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Natural Crystal Variations
Please note that each crystal used is unique in colour, shape, and texture. These natural variations are part of the beauty and are not considered faults.

Sparkle Squad Birthday Party – Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! To make sure we can accommodate everyone fairly, please note our cancellation terms:

More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund or free reschedule to another available date.

7–14 days’ notice: 75% Refund or reschedule (subject to availability).

Less than 7 days’ notice: 50% refund but you may transfer your booking to another person or date (within 3 months, subject to availability).

In case of illness/emergency: Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to work with you.

Minimum booking requirements: If guest numbers drop below the 5-child minimum, the base party rate still applies.

Weather: As a mobile party service, if severe weather affects travel or setup, we may reschedule your booking in consultation with you.
By booking a Sparkle Squad party, you agree to these terms. This helps us cover materials, preparation time, and secure your spot in our schedule. 💖
