Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand, and select nearby regions such as the Pacific Islands. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us at LunaLumen.au@outlook.com.

Processing Time

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created before shipping. Custom or high-volume orders may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Australia – Flat rate: $10.95 AUD
  Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
• New Zealand & Nearby Regions – Flat rate: $15 AUD
  Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

All parcels are sent via tracked shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within 20km of Waikiki, WA 6169. If you’re eligible, you can select “Local Delivery” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient drop-off time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the postal carrier. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
